&lt;p&gt;-feelings; i have an overall good feeling about myself right now, im getting stronger and more conditioned, but i do feel that i can work harder so i might step up my game even more&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-setbacks; i had went to southbeach for four days, and i didnt run. only walked alot and did pushups and dips. i was distracted by alot of the random people my fellas and i met&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-triumps; i was proud to how easy the weight was getting for me, and how im almost up to two miles of running&lt;/p&gt;
